Castlebar Rugby Club are looking to host some coaching sessions for all age groups throughout the year, open to everyone!
This is to encourage club members to get a deeper understanding around coaching, learn more about the game of rugby and potentially coach some of our teams.
Classes are TBC as we're organising numbers to determine how many classes and the levels required.
