Cawley Cup Quarter-Final:
Connemara 24, Castlebar 34
Great win on the road for the mens team sees them through to the semi-final this weekend with tries from Sean Tonra, Martin Moran, Conor Tuohy, David Staunton and Mark Staunton, with conversions by Ronan Conway.
Next up for them is the Cawley Cup Semi-Final this Saturday night away to Westport, Kick-off 5:30pm!
Connacht Invitational Cup Pool 2:
Tuam 15, Castlebar 47
The ladies had their first game of the season away to Tuam and won impressively with tries from Emma Doyle(3), Ursula Sammon(2), Anne-Marie O'Hora and conversions from captain Becky Gavin.
A reminder that Castlebar Ladies Team are still welcoming new members, no experience necessary! Training every Tuesday and Friday at 6.45pm.
U18.5's:
There is an under 18.5's blitz taking place in Castlebar this Saturday afternoon with games kicking off at 12.

A reminder that our mini's rugby resumes this Saturday from 10.30-11.45 and runs every Saturday morning until March.
